After submitting the documents will be uploaded in an online archive with secured access. There is no need to come to Bulgaria each year, 

Included in the financial administration:

IMPORTANT NOTE: because of the recent changes in the Corporative Law, Accountancy Act and the Act for the Commercial register the Dormant companies (such with no activities) DO NOT submit annual tax return declaration and annual balance sheets. The companies have to submit a Declaration for none activity in the Commercial register. We can arrange this for your company. The declaration consists of certain documents and they are submitted by a lawyer.

The Annual fee is REDUCED to 30 EUR (for one company)

The fee is final and includes the solicitors services.

ONLINE archive system where all docs will be uploaded and the client will have individual excess to his own documents (with email and password)
