Fully ONLINE service - Financial administration of dormant company in BULGARIA - All the accountancy and financial services necessary for administration of a dormant company can be done fully ONLINE. After submitting the documents will be uploaded in an online archive with secured access. There is no need to come to Bulgaria each year, 

Included in the financial administration:

Preparation and submitting the tax return for the National Revenue Agency - processing the accountancy documents, preparing annual balance sheets, preparing the necessary attachments to the balance sheets as per Bulgarian Accountancy Act, submitting the tax return in the National Revenue Agency.
Publishing of annual balance sheets.
Submitting the annual balance sheets in the National Statistic Institute - preparing the necessary form, preparing the balances sheets and attachments, submitting the forms
Providing the client an information on specific request or if necessary (in case of significant change in the tax matters directly effecting your company) – you can always e-mail us your questions, we are available on phone and on personal meetings if necessary.
Sending to the client scanned copy of the submitted annual tax return, the annual balance sheets, the annual statistic declaration
ONLINE archive system where all docs will be uploaded and the client will have individual excess to his own documents (with email and password)

All this at price of only 75 EUR per year.

.All the companies registered under the Bulgarian Legislation are obliged to fulfill the following accountancy obligations:

To submit Tax Return Declaration at the National Revenue Agency till 31st of March;
To submit Statistic Declaration till 31st of March
To submit at the Company register Financial Reports till 30th of June;
